The Government of Rwanda has received a credit from the World Bank towards the cost of PUBLIC SECTOR CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECT (ID NO: P066386; CREDIT No: 3955-RW), and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the Contract for Individual Consultancy services for a Public Sector Reforms Advisor for HIDA. 2. JOB ADVERTISEMENT: "Recruitment of an Accountant for HIDA."

The Government of Rwanda has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA), towards the Public Sector Capacity Building Project (PSCBP) to support the implementation of the Multi Sector Capacity Building Programme (MSCBP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to recruit a competent Accountant to strengthen the staffing of the Financial Management Unit of HIDA.
