HIDA and NUR sign MoU

HIDA and National University of Rwanda (NUR) sign MOU

HIDA has commenced with the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoU's) with its client institutions. The MoU for each client spells out a list of activities to be implemented; obligations of each party; measures to safeguard implementation; provisions for modification and duration. The aim of signing these MoUs is intended to clarify working relationship with the Agency and its clients.

To date HIDA has seven client institutions who include the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN); Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA); National University of Rwanda (NUR); Rwanda Institute of Administration and Management (RIAM); School of Finance and Administration (SFB) and Rwanda Information Technology Authority (RITA).
