The Institute of Policy Analysis and Research-Rwanda (IPAR-RWANDA) is a recently established independent policy research institute whose primary mandate is to conduct research and analysis leading to policy advice to the government, private sector and civil society in Rwanda.
The Institute has four research divisions that will focus on Macroeconomics, Governance, Real sector including agriculture, trade and industry, etc.; Social sectors such as education, health and poverty.
